Sealed Responses submitted electronically by email, subject to the conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, June 6, 2025, for this solicitation. Alternatively, sealed Responses may be submitted in paper form, one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and number (#) bound paper copies. If submitting Responses in paper form, Responses will be received at the address below until the date and time stated above for this solicitation.

A Mandatory Pre- Bid Conference will be held on June 2, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time at 1000 Central Avenue, Suite 330, Los Alamos, NM. Bidders who cannot attend in person may attend via Microsoft Teams. Instructions and link to log in to the conference can be found in the solicitation documents.
