25-149IFB Termite Abatement and Wood Destroying Pest and Organism Inspection Services at the Torrance DMV Field Office

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform termite abatement and wood-destroying pest and organism inspection services at the Torrance DMV field office for the term of this Agreement.

The bidder shall be a registered Branch 3 structural pest control company with the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB).  In addition, the bidder shall be a registered Branch 1 structural pest control company with DCA, SPCB OR shall subcontract fumigation services to a Branch 1 structural pest control company. The bidder¿s DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1).  The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment 4).  All bidder and subcontractor DCA, SPCB company registrations shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the Agreement.

A mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10/02/25 at 10:00 AM
