Project Description: The City of St. George is requesting proposals for the complete removal and replacement of the existing 25-ton commercial packaged HVAC unit at the Suntran facility. This project encompasses all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to successfully decommission the existing units and install a new energy-efficient replacement unit that meets current industry standards and local codes.
