IFB 24-071.1 Sump Pump Replacement

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Two sets of duplex sump pumps with parts and installation, for New York State Psychiatric Institute, located at 1051 Riverside Drive New York, NY 10032. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Monday, January 13 ^th, 2025.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, January 16 ^th, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday January 23 ^rd , 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday, January 30 ^th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, February 27 ^th , 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
