The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), invites the submission of sealed bids for streetlight maintenance services for an initial one (1)-year term. At the sole discretion of the Town, any contract awarded will be subject to renewal for one (1) or two (2) additional one (1)-year terms.  The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 19:00 A.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on November 19, 2025. Please do not request prior to that time. Please request during regular business hours only, M-R, 8-5; 8-12 Noon F. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, December 5, 2025, at the Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be opened in the presence of a witness.  Bid opening will be viewable electronically on ZOOM at the following address: Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84000441924 Meeting ID: 840 0044 1924. If the Procurement Office at Natick Public Works is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of sealed bids will be extended until 9:00 A.M. local time upon the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and is subject to vote/approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
