Invitation for Bid:  Street Resurfacing 2026

Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until: 11:00 A.M. October 5, 2026, and at that time and place will be opened and recorded.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Leominster Department of Public Works may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $2,615,763.62 will be required.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
