Invitation for Bid: Street Resurfacing 2025

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA 01453, until: 11:00 A.M., September 19, 2025, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications for the above proposal required by the Department of Public Works may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.   Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $2,445,000.00 will be required.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
