Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, travel costs, materials, work signs, traffic control,
miscellaneous hardware, disposal costs, permits, and equipment required to perform repair and/or
replacement of street light standards and damaged concrete bases located on the State Highway
System.
Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a current and valid Class A - General Engineering Contractor, or C10 - Electrical
Contractor with a C-31 - Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor issued by the
Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed.
Bidder and subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and
for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial
Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
