A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be held at: 1005 Point of Rocks Road, Chester, Virginia 23836. Those attending shall first meet at the intersection of Enon Church Road and Point of Rocks Road near the vehicular gate. We’ll drive onto the project site together. Attendance at this pre-bid conference is mandatory in order for your bid to be considered for award. If you do not attend, your bid will not be considered.
