The purpose of this solicitation for purchase, fabrication, and delivery of Spun Concrete Transmission poles for the “691-693 69kV STRUCTURE REPLACEMENTS”. This specification complements the “General Technical Specifications for the Purchase of Spun Concrete Transmission Poles”, Rev 1.3”.
