IFB 24-172 - Specialty Snack Cakes

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Specialty Snack Cakes for the Cook Chill Production Center, located at 145 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The required deliverables are listed in Appendix D in the Contract Boilerplate.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday March 27th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, April 10th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
