This solicitation is to establish contracts with qualified Bidders to provide all labor, supervision, and equipment necessary for snow and ice removal associated services along County roadways, in accordance with these specifications. Work shall be under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works and/or designees. A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 18th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. local time via Zoom. All 2023-2024 snow packets must be completed by 3:00 p.m. local time, September 29, 2023, to be eligible for Retainer/Performance fees.
