IFB #26-640 Sludge Hauling for New Design Water Treatment Plant

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Sludge Hauling for New Design Wastewater Treatment Plant. Please refer to IFB #26-640 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 347 456 420# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  April 21, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
