IFB - SLICK ROCK SUBSTATION CONSTRUCTION

Project Description: The City of St George is requesting bids for the construction of the Slick Rock Substation.
Project involves site preparation and construction of concrete foundations, transformer containment pads, a control building, access gates, and a precast perimeter wall. The contractor is responsible for all excavation, grading, material installation, and site restoration in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George.
100% payment and performance bonds will be required on this project.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all PROPOSALS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
