The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified environmental remediation contractors to perform remedial action activities at the Former Chase Packaging Facility located at 1300 Marshall Avenue, Newport News, Virginia. The scope includes soil excavation, soil capping, and site restoration necessary to achieve closure under the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) Site #00740. Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
