This solicitation is to establish blanket contracts with qualified Bidders to provide all labor, supervision, supplies and equipment necessary for snow and ice removal services on County sidewalks, crosswalks and sidepaths for the Anne Arundel County, Maryland Department of Public Works, Bureau of Highways. All work performed under resulting contracts shall be under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works or his/her designees. This solicitation has a Mandatory In-Person Pre-Bid Meeting on December 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM local time. The Pre-Bid will take place in the Personnel Training Room on the First Floor of 2660 Riva Road, Annapolis MD 21401.
