The Holyoke School Department invites sealed bids from qualified individuals or firms for the painting of the 1,760, first and second floor lockers, the cafeteria ceiling at E.N. White School. At Holyoke High this would include the masking off of the floors, walls and locker hardware, cleaning, sanding and priming then painted using chemically bonding paint lockers, the cafeteria floor, duct work and skylights need to be protected, the loose, flaky paint scraped, 3080 sq/ft ceilings
