Notice is hereby given that sealedbids will be accepted by Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 for a (IFB 25-015/SC)South Nome Relief Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar Pipe for JeffersonCounty Drainage District No. 6. Specifications for this project may be obtainedfrom the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 webpage https://dd6.org/departments/purchasing/notices-for-bid/

Bids are to be sealed and addressed toJefferson County Drainage District No. 6 and marked “Administrative SealedBid” with (IFB 25-015/SC) South Nome Relief Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer MortarPipe, for Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6” on the outside of theenvelope. Bidders shall forward an original and one(1) copy of their bid to the address shown below. The District does notaccept bids submitted electronically. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Administrative b ids will be publicly opened a nd read aloud in the Jefferson County DrainageDistrict No. 6 boardroom at the time and date below. Bidders are invited to attend the administrative sealed bid opening.

Anycontract(s) awarded under this solicitation is/are subject to the United StatesIron and Steel (U.S. I&S) requirements of Texas Government Code Chapter2252, Subchapter G, as applicable. All materials used in this project,including iron and steel, manufactured products, and construction materials,must comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA)and be produced in the United States.
