Notice is hereby given that sealedbids will be accepted by Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 for a (IFB 25-004/SC)East China Pipe Materials for Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6.Specifications for this project may be obtained from the Jefferson CountyDrainage District No. 6 webpage https://dd6.org/departments/purchasing/notices-for-bid/

Bids are to be sealed and addressed toJefferson County Drainage District No. 6 and marked “Administrative SealedBid” with (IFB 25-004/SC) East China Pipe Materials, for Jefferson CountyDrainage District No. 6” on the outside of the envelope. Bidders shall forward an original and one(1) copy of their bid to the address shown below. The District does notaccept bids submitted electronically. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Administrative b ids will be publicly opened a nd read aloud in the Jefferson County DrainageDistrict No. 6 boardroom at the time and date below. Bidders are invited to attend the administrative sealed bid opening.

Any contract(s)awarded under this solicitation is/are subject to the United States Iron andSteel (U.S. I&S) requirements of Texas Government Code Chapter 2252,Subchapter G, as applicable. All materials used in this project, including ironand steel, manufactured products, and construction materials, must comply withthe requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) and be producedin the United States.
