The purpose of this solicitation for Sanitary Rehabilitation Services for Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide continuing services for the cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pipes within JEA’s service territory as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
