Invitation for Bid: Notown Reservoir - Sale of Timber

Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA 01453, until: 11:00AM, January 6, 2026.

The Pre-Bid Meeting Tree Showing will be held on December 18, 2025 @ 10:00AM, at Mt Elam Road on the Leominster side, off Rt 2 East. Follow the road past the last house and meet at the entrance gate.

Specifications for the above proposal required by the Department of Public Works may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.   IFB documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
