The Stoughton Housing Authority (SHA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide on-call, as-needed Snow Removal Services at its housing developments in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The work consists of Snow Removal Services at various Federally funded (HUD), and on an as-needed basis, State-aided (EOHLC), public housing developments owned and operated by, the Stoughton Housing Authority in Stoughton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years.
Estimated Cost of Snow Removal Contract: 130,000.00 dollars. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available electronically at no cost on Projectdoc.com under Project ID #261199 beginning August 12, 2026. Questions regarding information provided in the bid package are to be directed to Kirsten Masterson kmasterson@tauntonhousing.com or Greg Caswell gcaswell@tauntonhousing.com until 10:00am August 25, 2026.
