The Stoughton Housing Authority (SHA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured contractors to provide on-call Electrical Services at its housing developments in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The work consists of Electrical Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at various State-aided (EOHLC) and Federally funded (HUD) public housing developments owned and operated by, the Stoughton Housing Authority in Stoughton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years.
Estimated Cost of Electrical Services Contract: $160,000.00. This project is being electronically bid. All bids must be prepared and submitted online through Projectdoc.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. For assistance, contact Projectdog, Inc. at (978) 499-9014. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available electronically at no cost on Projectdoc.com under Project ID #262665, beginning November 4, 2026.
