IFB Roof Replacement Services in Orange County

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) roof replacement services as described herein.
Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, tools, travel, materials, parts, supplies, incidentals, permits, and disposal fees necessary to remove all existing roofing material and photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, properly prepare existing roof surface for re-roofing, remove all loose coating/walk pads, thoroughly clean roof, furnish and install a new 60-millimeter thermosplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system to include roof insulation, roof insulation cover board, walkway material, to reinstall the existing photovoltaic (PV) solar panels.
