Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Road Sign Materials.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference (Non-Mandatory) will be held on February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams .  Please register with the buyer at SBarger@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 800 327 619# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: March 5, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams . Please register with the buyer at SBarger@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 781 455 531# and you will be conferenced in.
