NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of sealed bids for services related to replacement of flooring at the Morse Institute Library and at the Community Senior Center in the Town of Natick. The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing

(noon) local time, Friday, beginning on February 18, 2026. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, on March 6, 2026, at the Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be opening in the presence of a witness. Bid opening will be viewable on ZOOM at the following site: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87942635298 Meeting ID: 879 4263 5298. . If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and to vote/approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
