(IFB) Regulated Facility Landscape Maintenance Services - Former St. Johns River Power Park

The purpose of this solicitation for Regulated Facility Landscape Maintenance Services - Former St. Johns River
Power Park (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide all labor, equipment, and EPA approved
products necessary to successfully treat, care, and maintain three regulated landfills, associated storm water features,
perimeter ditches and ponds, maintain access to and around the facility’s regulated monitoring well networks, and
conduct landfill operation and maintenance inspections as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine
the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
