The Taunton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide on-call, as-needed Regional HVAC Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at its housing developments in Taunton, Massachusetts and surrounding cities, towns located in Bristol, Norfolk, and Plymouth Counties. The work consists of HVAC Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at various State-aided and Federally funded public housing developments owned or managed and operated by, or contracted with, the Taunton Housing Authority in Taunton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three years. Estimated Cost of Regional HVAC Contract: 250,000.00. Contract Documents will be available online and for purchase at www.Projectdog.com on June 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Project Code is 875197.
