IFB 167965 - Reconstruct Kiln Area Roof – Harder Hall

The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University will receive sealed bids for IFB 167965 titled Reconstruct Kiln Area Roof – Harder Hall (Project 351036) until 3:00PM local time on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 via the Bidnet Direct platform (link provided below). Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Procurement Services Office, Greene Hall, 28 North Main Street, Alfred, NY 14802, at the above time.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by November 1, 2025.

A mandatory job walk will be conducted on Tuesday, June 17th at 10AM. Please contact the Procurement Office at 607.871.2698 if you plan to attend the walk through. They will be able to send you the invitation and provide directions.

Bids must be submitted via Bidnet Direct in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
