General Contractor DCAMM certification required: Historical Building Restoration. All bid submissions must include DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and update statement. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply.

Project Location: Bristol County Superior Courthouse, 441County Street, New Bedford, MA

Project Scope: The Restoration of the existing Entry Facade per construction documents prepared by RGB Architects: abarkley@rgb.net repair, renovation, and installation of stonework, woodwork, limited metal work, and finish materials.
File sub bids are due by 2pm, Friday, April 11, 2025. The expected file sub-bid categories are: masonry, painting, miscellaneous and ornamental iron, and electrical.
