The Taunton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide on-call, as-needed Regional Painting Services at its housing developments in Taunton, Massachusetts and surrounding cities and towns located in Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable and Nantucket Counties. The work consists of Painting Services at various State-aided and federally funded public housing developments owned and or managed and operated by, or contracted with, the Taunton Housing Authority in Taunton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders may bid on Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties alone, Barnstable and Nantucket Counties alone, or they may bid on all items for all counties listed in the Project Manual. The successful bidder/s will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three years. Estimated Cost of Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth Counties contract: 200,000.00 dollars. Estimated Cost of Barnstable and Nantucket Counties contract: 40,000.00 dollars. This project is being Electronically Bid E-Bid. All bids shall be prepared and submitted online at www.Projectdog.com and received no later than the date & time specified above.
