This is a Re-solicitation. Sealed bids, submitted electronically by email, subject to the conditions set forth in the instructions to bidders and in the other solicitation documents, will be received until 2:00 pm MT, Friday, September 15, 2023 for this solicitation. Alternatively, sealed bids may be submitted in paper form, one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and four (4) bound paper copies.
