The City of Framingham (City), through the Mayor of Framingham, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for On-Call Road Surface Treatment. The work performed shall include all necessary labor, material and equipment to place rubberized chip seal, bonded wearing course, and associated work on various roads as directed by the DPW.

MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION HIGHWAY DIVISION (MASSDOT) PREQUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. THE (MASSDOT) HAS PROVIDED A LIST TO THE FRAMINGHAM PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF APPROVED ELIGIBLE BIDDERS FOR THIS PROJECT. ONLY THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THIS LIST ARE TO OBTAIN OFFICIAL BID DOCUMENTS ON VENDOR REGISTRY. ALL OTHERS SHOULD ELECT TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATIONAL COPY.
