The LOWELL HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Kitchen & Bath Modernization at State Aided Development: Concord & Pleasant (667-C3) in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DERBY SQUARE ARCHITECTS.
The Project consists of but not limited to: The renovation and modernization of Kitchens and Bathrooms, new flooring, new electrical systems, new heating & A/C system.
PRE-BID SITE VISIT: Date and Time: 08/05/2026 at 10:00AM EDT Address: 251 Pleasant St., Lowell, MA 01852 Instructions: Meet outside of the building.
