NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of sealed bids for services related to the Pickerel Pond Connector Construction Project in the Town of Natick (Phase 1). Please do not request prior to then. Please request during regular business hours only. M-R, 8-5. Please note that the Procurement Office will be closed on Fridays during this time. Please do not request on Friday. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, on June 18, 2026, at the Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be opening in the presence of a witness. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and to vote/approval of the Natick Town Administrator.
This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (“IIJA”), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022.
All provisions of the Federal Davis Bacon Act shall be incorporated herein by reference.
