IFB #26-14 - Paving Program Repair, Resurfacing and Reconstruction of Various Streets, City of Annapolis, Maryland

The Scope of Work for the project shall include the following areas of effort, and all related work required by or reasonably implied for the work. All portions of the work shall be in full compliance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications as to kind, quality and workmanship. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required by or reasonably implied by the drawings, these specifications and other contract documents to complete the project. All materials shall be as shown on the drawings and/or as specified herein.  The scope of work is to include the General Contractor’s coordination of the requirements of the Drawings, Notes and Specifications, and any and all other contract documents, including incorporating the requirements of this section with the requirements of the other drawings and contract documents.
This project shall include curb and gutter installation, street repair, reconstruction, excavation, grading, milling, patching and related site improvement on various streets within the City of Annapolis.
