INVITATION TO BID:     Parking Garage Repairs 2025

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West  St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until 11:00 A.M. August 28, 2025 September 2, 2025 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and recorded.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Office of the Mayor may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.  Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

There is a Pre-Bid Meeting on August 12, 2025 @ 10:00AM at 33 Church Street, at the Parking Garage.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
