IFB #26-007 Paratransit Facility Facade Repairs. The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking the submission of sealed bids from DCAMM Certified General Contractors (GC) for the renovation of two buildings’ exterior facades that are made up of bricks, concrete masonry units, and concrete. The buildings are fully sprinklered and this renovation will not increase or decrease the occupancy of the
building. The buildings are located at 2840 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107. A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held on Thursday, January 29,
2026, 10:00am at the PVTA Administration Office located at 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107. Bidder Questions must be received by email before February 12, 2026, to LZak@pvta.com Bids are due on February 26th, 2026 as hard copy sealed submissions to Leland Zak, PVTA Procurement Officer at 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107. There will be a public opening.
