The state engineering unit installed a Raindance Water Systems TV-8000 Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) System to provide potable water for employees at the CDFW Salt Slough office and the adjacent state-owned residence, #R4-70.
The NEP and NGWA staff use the Salt Slough office as a main office and hunter check station for 25-30 employees, year-round. The state-owned residence is occupied full-time, year-round, and relies on the RO system for their drinking water. The system requires various services to be performed in biweekly (every two weeks), monthly, and annual intervals to maintain proper function. This contract is to obtain biweekly, monthly, and annual maintenance services which include but are not limited to: Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System flush and inspection, brine tank monitoring, filter replacement, water quality monitoring, and chlorine and pH maintenance.
