Invitation for Bid P2675008 Hazardous Waste Disposal

The OSPR Laboratory Program generates hazardous waste (solvents, chemicals, contaminated samples, expired analytical standards, etc.) as part of their spill response and routine work preparing and analyzing environmental samples submitted for spill response and investigations, fish and wildlife loss investigations, California Fish and Game Code 5650 enforcement investigations, Hatchery Monitoring Programs, and specials studies such as rotenone applications. State and Federal hazardous waste regulations are enforced by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control which requires hazardous waste generators to regularly dispose of hazardous waste.

The Contractor will furnish all labor, containers, profile fees, label(s), preparation of manifest(s), packing, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials.
