Description
The Town of Waterford is requesting sealed proposals through the Invitation to Bid process for the Oswegatchie Fire House -New Construction. Complete bid packages for this IFB can be download through the Town’s e-Procurement Portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/waterfordct. Sealed proposals shall be received for the Oswegatchie Fire House -New Construction through the Town’s e-Procurement Portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/waterfordct/projects/222063 on or before the deadline date of February 10, 2026 at 2:00PM. Links for bid openings are included in each solicitation and can be found on the Town’s e-Procurement Portal. A mandatory site inspection/pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 15, 2026 at 10:00AM commencing at 441 Boston Post Road, Waterford CT 06385.
