Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, travel, transport, fuel, materials, supplies, maintenance, and incidentals necessary to provide rental of a fully operated and maintained, self-propelled asphalt paver on an on-call, as-needed basis, to Caltrans, as described in this Agreement.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E. Refer to Section C, Bid Requirements and Information, Contractor¿s License, for submittal requirements.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
