Project Description: It is the intent of Allegheny County to solicit bids for On-Call Roof Repair Services. The scope of these services may include maintenance, repair, waterproofing, and rehabilitation as needed at various structures owned by the County, located throughout the County. These structures include, but are not limited to, park buildings and structures, office buildings, and Kane Community Living Centers.
Due to the oftentimes time-sensitive nature of roof repair services, the County reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this Invitation for Bids.
