Contractor agrees to provide Caltrans Title and Escrow services in Glenn County. This contract will furnish title reports, policies of title insurance and perform other title/escrow services as needed for the acquisition of properties needed to accommodate future State Highways. Title services to include furnishing preliminary title reports with a tabulation of all sales on the subject property for a period of five (5) years, updated title reports, copies of any recorded documentation on subject property, litigation guarantees, and policies of title insurance.
