The purpose of this solicitation for NVR
Lifecycle – Bulk Material Purchase (this "Solicitation") is to select
a vendor to provide the items described in this Solicitation (the
"Work") at the best price to JEA. The proposed quote is to be
considered turnkey and shall include all materials, shipping, and labor costs
for items being delivered to JEA (421 N. Laura Street, Plaza III, Jacksonville,
FL 32202). Selected vendor is to procure all materials identified in the
attached Geutebruck material list (Appendix B – Response Workbook) and deliver
to JEA Security
