IFB NUMBER 24 OCT 9 AOAA Culvert Crossing For CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Project Description: Bids are being solicited for installing a box culvert crossing under SR 125, grading a trail to cross through the box culvert, roadway reconstruction, guide rail installation, installing E&S measures, traffic control, signing and pavement marking, and other work shown on the contract documents. 1. Tree Removal Work must be completed prior to May 15th, as the location of this Project is in a spring staging/fall swarming habitat for the Northern Long-Eared Bat. The commencement of the Culvert Work is dependent on the local school district’s last day of school, therefore, SR 125 cannot be impacted for public vehicle travel. Work may not commence prior to June 9, 2025. SR 125 shall be open for public vehicular travel within 14 calendar days after detoured closure. 2. A tentative Notice to Proceed (NTP) date of December 5, 2025, will be issued to allow the Contractor time to submit their administrative items, technical submittals, and the like prior to the start of physical Work.
