The Project consists of but not limited to:

The replacement of existing hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in apartments. Additionally, the scope includes the installation of new hardwired smoke detectors within bedrooms and new hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors outside of bedrooms, ensuring compliance with NSPIRE standards and Massachusetts state code requirements for units that are currently non-compliant.

The work is estimated to cost $130,000.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/06/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
