IFB No. 128142 Tree Trimming, Chico Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to trim the trees and remove all debris at the Chico Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 128142, Tree Trimming and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 5/4/2026, at 12:00 PM at the Chico Armory, 2415 Tom Polk Avenue, Chico, CA 95926. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting CW2 Brian Whaler for directions and site visit details at Brian.Whaler@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess either a type C-27 - Landscaping Contractor OR a C-49 - Tree and Palm Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 5/7/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 128142.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 5/14/2026 at 2:15 PM.
