IFB No. 126431 Replace and Upgrade Richmond Windows, Richmond National Guard Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to to replace the three front windows and one window in backdoor. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126431, Replace and Upgrade Richmond Windows and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders may attend the optional pre-bid job walk on 3/24/2026, at 11:00 AM at Richmond National Guard Armory, 624 Carlson Blvd., Richmond, CA 94804. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-17 - Glazing Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/27/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126431.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/2/2026 at 2:15 PM.
