IFB No.124155 Pressure Washer Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to to replace two existing hot water pressure washers at two seperate facilities on the National Guard Stockton Campus with new equipment. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 124155, Pressure Washer Replacement and Contractor Business Name.

Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite do so at their own risk. Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting the Contract Manager CPT Garrett Sawtelle Garrett.sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov or Assistant Contract Manager SSG Brandy Llamas at Brandy.llamas@cmd.ca.gov.

In fairness to all bidders in the competitive process, contractors shall not have the opportunity to adjust their price after proposal submission. Contractors must account for cost fluctuation and material logistics in the market when bidding.

The Prime Contractor shall possess a Possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor License and/or B General Contractor, and/or D21 Machinery & Pumps or subcontract to one.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 3/26/2026 at 2:15 PM.
